Studies provide more support for health benefits of coffee.

Although it is sometimes referred to as "the devil's brew," coffee contains several nutrients (e.g., calcium) as well as hundreds of potentially biologically active compounds (e.g., polyphenols) that may promote health. Thanks for sharing this Janey. I do enjoy my morning "cups" of coffee. Then one in the afternoon to help with the tiredness, then some more in the evening. I've always enjoyed my coffee and now it's good to hear that it could be helping me. :emoticons-yes:

What a relief.

At last a bit of good news. I love my 2 large cups of Java first thing, but now I don't have to feel so naughty.
