We're having one of those sudden, dramatic weather changes we're so prone to up here in the Rocky Mountains. Yesterday was just glorious - hot, sunny, nice breeze. Today? Oh dear. Rain, hail, sleet, and snow and just above freezing!

So let's see, we've already agreed weather changes kick up the aches and pains, fatigue is pretty much a constant but seems worse when there is only grey skies, and this miserable weather has Monsieur Raynaud showing all the signs of moving in. He's about as welcome as a bill collector.

Now for the good things! Since we have to take good care of ourselves, on days like today we have 'permission' to lounge about in our jammies and sit in bed with the laptop, all without guilt! The biggest downside of this is a computer crash. Nope, not the software hanging up, the laptop sliding off my lap when I doze off for a nice little nap. Maybe I'll stick a pillow on the floor beside the bed~

Thanks, scleroderma. Sometimes I really do like you.
