Hi ya'll,

After two trips to an endrocrinologist, I will be making a third trip to see an endrocrinology surgeon in a couple of months.

The specialists I saw told me that, because of my CREST, it would not be a good idea to wait and just keep track of the disease. It seems I have one definitely enlarged parathyroid gland and one questionable. The doctor said to do it while I was still healthy (one of these casual bombs that doctors drop.)

Anyway if the surgeon agrees that surgery is required, have you all any suggestions about anything special to mention or do regarding the CREST and it's effect on surgery?
