Ischemic ulcers in systemic connective tissue disorders. The treatment consists of analgesics, prevention of cooling and antibiotics if the ulcers are infected. Other possible treatments are vasodilators, prostacyclin analogues, endothelin receptor antagonists, sildenafil and chemical or surgical sympathectomy. PubMed.
