Subclinical atherosclerosis in scleroderma patients. The scleroderma patients exhibited an atherogenic lipid profile and subclinical atherosclerosis and have an increased risk for cardiovascular events. Tsifetaki N. (PubMed) Scand J Rheumatol. 2010 May 17. (Also see: Atherosclerosis.)
