Hi Everyone,

At last I have found out the cause of my nose bleeds; had appointment today and they much to my suprise, ( shock and horror ) on my 1st visit, put a camera up my nose and the cause is vasculitis, so nothing can be done. He wasn't keen to cauterize it again. Well at least I now know and with any major bleeds to go to Accident and Emergency (ER) straight away.

Hey ho, one more to add to my every growing list :temper-tantrum: :happy-day: Lynn

Hi Lynn,

Well, at least you know what the problem is now, even if they can't actually give you some medication to alleviate it.

We've got a link to VASCULITIS which I hope you'll find helpful.

Thanks for letting us know the outcome of your appointment. :)

Yes, at least you know...but not one of the "better places" for vasculitis, especially when such a difficult area, Lynn.

Fingers crossed the problems ebb for you.

Thank you Sue.

He just said to go to Accident and Emergency if the is bleed bad but otherwise not much more they can do.

Will just have to live with it. :temper-tantrum: Never mind x

Well Lyndylou

I guess I have to go with the flow here...good that you know at least. I just hope your episodes are far and few between for you...whilst they just fade away into never never land!
Sending good wishes your way!
