Hi friends, got another question for you all. I take my bp everyday due to my heart thing. At any rate I have been having some flank pain and now high bp. last reading it was 159/104. I am not doing anythng but sitting here reading and posting. Nothing going on to excite me to raise my BP. I go to a clinic for my general practitioner so I doubt I can get a dr to call me back today. Can this wait till monday or should I go get chcked? I also have not pain nut pressure when I use the toilet. Could this be my kidneys? I hate to have to go back to the hospital again. I was there 3x in less then 2 weeks!

Hugs,
Patty

Patty,
I know that you don't want to hear this, but I think you should call a doctor or go be seen. My mom has always told me that it is better to be safe than sorry. Take Care!

Patty,

It's really hard to say. It could be simple low back pain from sitting around too much. Do you know your body well? If so listen to it. If you have any doubt at all, go to the ER, it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Hi Patty,

I had a rheumatologist app't last week and when he saw that my BP was... well, like yours... He asked me, "Ever heard of renal disease"? So, he wants me to "watch it" and keep checking my BP. I hope you get in touch with your doctor on your situation.

I think you need to call the doctor too. Take care of your self and let us know what is going on. Sam
