I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas for pain in wrist and hands that ache all the time?

I guess the main question is, what exactly is causing the pain in your wrist and hands, has your doctor identified the source of it for you?

Pain in your hands could be anything from Carpal Tunnel to Arthritis symptoms. Please do give us more information.

I agree with all the other comments in regard to finding out more about your pain. Please let us know more about your general condition. Have you had a diagnosis of scleroderma?

We want to help but the information you have sent needs to be enhanced.
