The latest issue of Discover's cover article is on Autism, and it's a fascinating look into the possibility of food intolerances/allergies playing a role in various "odd" diseases that seem to present in a multitude of ways. Just thought some of you might be interested in checking it out!

Hi Erin,

My doctor actually did food allergy testing on me. I was allergic to Wheat and Dairy, fairly severe I might add. I cut those out of my diet and felt so much better!!
Warm and gentle hugs,

Hi Pamela! I just got tested for gluten allergies on Friday--haven't heard back yet but I'm going to go ahead and eliminate it from my diet anyway and see how it makes me feel. I'm glad to hear that you had a doctor who cared enough to do the testing--I know a lot of doctors "pooh pooh" the whole food allergy thing. Especially after reading the Discover article, I believe in a possible link between foods and metals and disease more than ever before.

Take care!
