Has anyone found it best to raise the head of the bed 4" or 6" for reflux? Not sure if it will make much of a difference? Thanks.
Sending good wishes your way!

Hi Snowbird,

I only suffer with very mild occasional reflux, so haven't really needed to raise the bedhead. However, I've found a link to Lifestyle Changes That Can Prevent Heartburn which does suggest elevating your head and also I've found a thread about reflux problems at night where a few members have raised the head of the bed along with some other tips which I hope you'll find helpful.

Kind regards,

Hello Snowbird

My reflux isn't bad enough to need this measure but I know of members who found this measure helpful. They put pillows at the bottom of the bed to prevent sliding down!

I hope it helps and take care.
