Hello Barefut

You blog made me crackup! I remember selling those candy bars...and eating them yum! I don't understand the baseball statistics but guess they're good and the picture of your son, he looks like a baseball pro.

Your remark about you wanting the doctor to know your pain really struck a cord with me. If they could only experience it for, oh say half a day, they would treat us very differently. About the prednisone long term side effects, I am on naproxen for pain and it's really helpful but can have really bad side effects like gastrointestinal bleeds but I have made the decision to accept the possible side effects and continue with it. As myself and my dear friend who's dying always say, better to have 1 good year than 5 bad! Personally, I think you've made the right decision and hope it brings you much improvement.

Finally, you are an amazing lady and I hope your business flourishes.

Take care.

Thank you Amanda!

"better to have 1 good year than 5 bad" I agree 110% ! My major depression rears its ugly head when I am unable to take care of myself and my boys due to pain and immobility. I just can't go there.

I am so sorry about your friend. She is lucky to have you!
