:spoon: :spoon: Okay, so who stole my spoons? :spoon: :spoon:

I have been doing really well, have been alternating fairly active periods with times of taking it easy and pacing myself but today I ran out of spoons, could barely drag myself out of the car and onto the couch where I laid like a dead weight for several hours. I was just done.

For those of you newbies who might be wondering what I am talking about here is a link to "The Spoon Theory" that wonderfully explains the fatigue that comes with an autoimmune disease.

I plan on stealing them back by the way so if you have them, watch out!

Hi Miocean,

Sorry to hear you're running out of spoons. :(

I've had a jolly good dig around and managed to rustle you up a few extra from mine....... :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon:

Hopefully, that might keep you going for a while! ;) :)

Hello Miocean

Was at the Royal Free Thursday and, oh my giddy aunt, did I run outta spoons! Totally out of spoons so much so hubby had to pull the car up to the front door for me to get into the house and once in it was straight upstairs into bed, even bypassing adored pusscat! When them spoons go it's everyone for themselves!

Take care.

Ok, that is really weird. I was just thinking today about how my spoon supply has been really low lately, and then wondering if I posted something about it whether it would be understood on this site (because I think I learned about Spoon Therapy from a different site).

Here's to more spoons for everyone! :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon:

Oops - I meant spoon THEORY. There goes that brain fog! Although I suppose we could all use some spoon therapy...

Aww I love the spoon theory. Seems many are short on them recently. I'm going to blame it on the weather!

Exactly, Sweet! Many would think I was a BEAR, given how easily I could go into hibernation for the winter months :P !

Take care all and get plenty of rest!

Sending spoons :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: :spoon: and Hugs to each of you in need of them.
