Cognitive behavioural therapies (CBTs) for fibromyalgia.

 

CBTs provided a small incremental benefit over control interventions in reducing pain, negative mood and disability at the end of treatment and at long-term follow-up. PubMed, Cochrane Database Syst Rev, 2013 Sep 10;9:CD009796. (Also see: Fibromyalgia Treatments)
