Fibromyalgia in patients with axial spondyloarthritis: epidemiological profile and effect on measures of disease activity.

Findings suggest that the Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score ( ASDAS) is better than the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Activity Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) in distinguishing patients with disease activity and the use of ASDAS may be very useful in clinical practice as it allows treating patients with the most appropriate therapy. PubMed, Rheumatol Int. 2014 Feb 8. (Also see: Fibromyalgia)
