Infliximab has no apparent effect in the inner ear hearing function of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

Our study showed that there was no notable change or deterioration in the hearing function of the patients with AS and RA who were treated with infliximab. PubMed, Clin Rheumatol, 2014 Oct;33(10):1481-7. (Also see: Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatments and Ankylosing Spondylitis)
