Frequent involvement of central nervous system in primary Sjögren syndrome (pSS).

Neurological involvement was the first symptom of pSS, emphasizing the importance of considering this diagnosis, especially in young females with neurological symptoms without other evident cause. PubMed, Rheumatol Int, 2015 Feb;35(2):289-94. (Also see: Symptoms and Complications of Sjogren's Syndrome)
