Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Is Common in Never-smoking Patients with Primary Sjögren Syndrome (pSS).

 

An obstructive pattern was the predominant pulmonary function test finding in patients with pSS, which suggest that superimposed restrictive lung disease per se is involved in the development of COPD. PubMed, J Rheumatol, 01/15/2015. (Also see: Sjögren's Symptoms)
