Is it necessary to strictly diagnose fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) in patients with chronic widespread pain (CWP)?

 

Future research should be directed toward classification of CWP to provide guidance to clinicians in selecting effective therapies. PubMed, Clin Rheumatol, 05/26/2015. (Also see Fibromyalgia)
