I don't use these, but what I do know is my memory loss is getting ridiculous. I'm to the point when in a conversation with my husband or friends I will just go along with what is being said, like I know I heard it or said it even when I don't, because it's getting to be a big deal.... I have no Alzheimer's in my family, but I'm in constant brain fog.. Get's embarrassing!
