Hi I'm 17 and I was recently diagnosed with morphea. So far I obviously have a mark on skin and I'm also experiencing fatigue, joint pain and eye strain.

I'm just wondering what tips anyone has on working through it and what I have to expect.

Thanks !

Hi Emily,

Welcome to these forums and I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with morphea.

UVA1 phototherapy is now the recommended first line treatment for morphea and I've included a link to our medical page to give you some more information. We also have two threads of information about morphea and also here which have been written by Amanda who has first hand experience of several types of morphea and one of her excellent videos is included on in the first link I gave you.

Now that you've found our forums, please do keep posting and ask as many questions as you wish; we have a wealth of information and support amongst our members.
