Impaired lung transfer factor (DLCO) in fibromyalgia (FM) syndrome.

FM impairs DLCO mainly as a result of a reduction in vital capacity (Vc), and that this defect is inversely proportional to the severity of the dysfunction suggesting a relationship between impaired DLCO and autonomic nerve dysfunction. Clinical and Experimental Rheumatology Online, 05/06/2016. (Also see Fibromyalgia)
