Well I can't wait for tomorrow to get here, I'm still not feeling good and I'm still wheezing and I starting to have pain like a muscle spasm in my left side. But its real sharp and it doesn't matter if im sitting up or laying down. All I did most the day yesterday was sleep much needed I guess. I did get up and go the store and over to my necies for a bit. well I hope you all are having a good day. Please remember those who served and our loved ones that are gone. Take care.

Hello there Sam~
I am sorry that you are still not feeling better. It really is painful and anoying to have spasms that won't stop.

I sure hope that you find relief form the spasms soon.

We will be remembering all of those that lost their lives in war today also!

Hey Sam,

I'm really sorry you STILL are not feeling well. Sounds like it's time to check back in with the doctor.

I am sorry you are having this rough time, lately. You are amazing, though, to still get out of the house, moving around. Movement is so important physically and emotionally - but don't overdue it - and reward yourself with that long rest.

I hope all the new aches and pains relax through the coming week...

Glad you are trying to move around, but there is nothing like a good sleep when you get the chance.

Hi Sam,

You really need to call your doctor and let him know you are still wheezing and having spasms. You should feel better by now. Maybe he has something that can help all this. Susie54
