Hi Everyone,

I got a call today while sending a reply to Sharonvandee (did I spell that right?), and there was a cancellation today, almost a month before my scheduled appointment, so off I went! Sharon, if my reply seemed off in any way, sorry about that. This rheumatologist's a good one it seems, sent me for the full round of blood work that should have been done long ago, and is quite thorough with the questions/symptoms. It may be well over a month to find out results, but no problem--I'm finally getting somewhere for answers. Janey, I might be joining you in "Poly's Fan Club" :P

Take care all, and best wishes and hugs to you!

Hi Elehos,
I am sure you must be relieved to get in a month before schedualed!!! Wahoo, that is great news. I hope that you get some good solid answers that make you feel at ease again, or that can lead you to some great treatment and on the road to feeling better!

Great news. Nothing like the rush of finding someone who seems to know what they are doing! I look forward to hearing your results when you get them.

Hi Y'all,

Thanks for your encouragement, and yes, it's great to find someone that knows which way is up! The quack I was sent to last year didn't do any physical exam, wouldn't listen to any of the symptoms, denied any paperwork was sent from my doctors, then had the nerve to say, "It's just fibro." That was ruled out completely yesterday! Thanks again, and for the rest that are still looking for a good rheumatologist, I truly wish you the best!

Hugs to everyone,
