Therapy with Immunosuppressive Drugs and Biological Agents and Use of Contraception in Patients with Rheumatic Disease. The increasing use of combination therapies containing Methotrexate necessitates ensuring that advice regarding birth control is followed in order to avoid pregnancies exposed to potentially fetotoxic drugs.
