I just recieved lab results via mail with a couple positive numbers and with no explanation from the doctor beyond circling them.

For clarity, in the past my ANA has been between 1:650 & 1:1282 with Anti centromere pattern, and my Anti Smooth Muscle AB has been 1:160

At my rheumatologist appt a couple weeks ago I got my official diagnosis of Limited. He also ordered tests that just came in the mail showing I am positive for: ANA Reflex, and Thyroglobulin AB.

Anyone know what any of this could mean?

Peace.

Hi, Satya. ANA Reflex is a panel of several ana tests and the Thyroglobulin AB test is an indicator for thyroiditis. Here are a couple of general pages you should find useful, but I am sure you will want to discuss the impact on your own diagnosis/prognosis with your doctor.

Autoantibodies in Scleroderma and Autoimmune Diseases: Thyroid Disease

I would be interested in hearing how your rheumatology appointment went. Was it your first appointment with a specialist?

Warm wishes,
