Long Term Survival Study Of Adult Onset Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies; A Single Centre Experience. Adult onset dermatomyositis presenting with respiratory or pharyngeal muscle weakness portends poor prognosis. Most patients continued to need long term immunosuppressive therapy. V.
