I am frustrated and feel horrible. I have had leg cramps all day and feel like I have chills at times but no fever. Last week I had visible blood in my urine and was on a trip so the doctor called me in for infection. I took Bactrim and supposed to quit on Sunday so I did. I just took an AZO strip and it was high positive for WBC's. So has anyone had leg cramps with bladder infections ? I guess I'll call the bladder doctor tomorrow. Just wondering. Susie54

Hi Suzie,
I am so sorry to hear about your pain. I don't recall having any leg cramping with a bladder infection, but I do remember feeling just awful. I would assume that they are related, but ask the doctor any how. Please take good care of yourself, and feel better soon!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well, Susie. Leg cramps can be a sign of dehydration, among other things. I would definitely see a doctor given all the symptoms you have experienced.
Warm wishes,

Hi Susie,
Definately call the dr! When I was in high school I sufferred with many bladder infections and then kidney infections. When I had kidney infections that is when my legs would hurt so bad.

Please let us know what happens.

Hugs,
Lisa

Hi Everyone,

My doctor looked at everything and said it was just the MCTD acting up but that all the blood was gone from the urine and no infection. THe AZO strip was incorrect. So I am glad I worked out OK but my legs are still cramping alot. I just will wait it out for a week and see what happens. Susie54
