I just want to let you all know I love to cook and so if your looking for something in particular let me know. You can ask Pamela, she will tell you I love cooking.

I have many recipes: mine, my grandma's, my mom's and also from my aunts, sister and nieces. Even some from my husband's family.

Of course if you have a recipe someone is looking for, please add yours, too.

Now that I'm on disability I'm finally teaching myself to cook. The internet has been a great help. I've been successfully making anything that's easy or is a marinade. We're big chicken eaters... not fans of red meat. If you have any recipes along those line I'd love to take a look.

I am soooo hungry after reading the recipes here....ummmmmmmmm!
Does anyone have a relatively simple recipe for salsa? MySIL was asking me for one, but I'm still disjointed, having alot of my things in storage
When I do get myself "together", I'll post a recipe :P

I'll keep that in mind, Sam. In fact, the recipes here gave us the inspiration to open a new room which we are now calling Sclero Kitchen. I look forward to seeing some of your recipes and everyone else's too.
Warm wishes,

I will get mine out and post it on here. It will be this afternoon. Do you want it for canning or just to make some to eat that minute.

My forte is cooking, and I love crock pot cooking on occasions. I love setting up a crock pot of Italian sauce with meatballs and sausage late on a Saturday night and waking up to that aroma early Sunday morning. Like birds singing in the spring. :D

I am also a crockpot devotee. I can't stand to cook things overnight, though. I lie there getting hungrier and hungrier as the smell grows more intense. :)
