Good afternoon, well some of you all know my parents are moving into there old house, they sold four years ago. Some of you know I am taking care of a meeting tonight and on saturday. My eldest son came in last Saturday and opened up with some heavy duty legal problems which I don't want to talk about here. I just want you to think of me in this time of being stressed out, I'm trying so hard to let it bother me but it is. and on top of it my arm and shoulder and neck aren't any better and we are going to have an MRI next week, I think that is when. I dont know if I'm coming or going. Well I just needed to get this off my chest and see if it helps. Take care I will not be on for awhile I juSt need to back away from everything and take care of myself Now. SAM

Hi Sam,

Take good care of yourself and do your best to de-stress. I hope letting steam off here helped, and good luck with everything. It sounds like you are a strong person, and though you are stressed with a lot going on, you will get through everything.

Thinking of you and sending you de-stressing vibes [-:
Susie

Come back when you are ready Sam. We will miss your topics of discussion. Keep strong. I hope your parents make the move ok. As for your son I hope this is something he can learn a lesson from and it isn't something that he will be punished severely for. If we learn from our mistakes we aren't Doomed to repeat them. I will be thinking of you and hoping you get stronger and stronger with all the vibes sent your way. Wishing you my strongest strengths. Sheryl

Lots of great vibes from this part of the world!

One hour at a time, one day at a time! Baby steps. Promise yourself something to pamper yourself with on Sunday so you'll have that to look forward to.

Remember to breathe deep often. It's amazing how much that clears the mind!
Happy people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything they have!

Warm and Happy to you! Vee

I know our children (mine in their 20's now) can bring some real issues and it is always when you least suspect it. I have learned always be appreciative of the nice quiet times but they just can't last. WHAM, here comes another suprise from somewhere in the family. I hope you can get through all your stress without alot of problems. I know that is my number one downfall , STRESS and BEING TOO TIRED> Try and rest. Susie54

Sam,

It's a bit late but I'm sending you my extra calm... Too bad we can't actually wrap up all the support coming your way, but please know that it is all sincere! Sometimes we can't avoid stress and the best thing is to acknowledge and let go if you can. 'Sufficient unto the day is it's own problems, don't worry about tomorrow.' That's what my great husband always tells me and it's so true.

Words cannot always convey how we feel and I wish that it were possible to have that magic word or phrase that would take away your anxiety. Know that the sum total of support you get on this site is geniune and full of love, from people who have been there, done that and got the t-shirt! People who know and understand.

Good luck to you and you are in my thoughts

Sam,
there are nothing but uphills and downhills in life. Just think about the bad times you have had, and then how they passed eventually, and I will be thinking of you :)

Sam,

I'm hoping the advice of some of the others has been helpful to you. Something that I find helpful is to acknowledge that I do feel really stressed and crummy and overwhelmed and that it is ok.

Then after my pity party is over (it usually does go away because if nothing else it gets boring) I try to think of things that I have to be grateful for. Or I make a list of things that are not so good in my life and things that are good in my life. The positive things always put me in a better mood.

I hope you find yourself doing better. When you are up to it, let us know how you are doing.

xoxo emmie

Well I'm not as stressed as I was, the educational meeting I had is done and over with and went very well. We are taking our time unpacking and still moving things to my parents house. My son is calmed down they gave him soe prozac to help him todeal what he is dealing with. I think that was what part of myproblem was I was out of my prozac and I was jsut getting overwhelmed. But this pain in my left arm is getting worse. I was having PT done but it was making it worse. So our next step is an MRI but this morning I am calling to see if I can get soemthing for the pain., Celebrex isnt helping at all. Well thanks for your kind words, I did take them to heart. Take care, SAm
