This sounds great, but I am having a little trouble visualising this. Oh, I see - the second can of biscuits are being held aside. OK, for the cheese, how big is the piece of cheese that goes into each ball?
Warm wishes,

Jefa, you are going to make a round circle on a cookie sheet with the ball bisquits that you make, then take the second can and do the same as the first can and go around the first circle or fill in where you want. You really dont have to make a wreath you can just put them on the cookie sheet either way they will get ate. I make this all the time.

I like the idea of the wreath presentation for a party. That part I can see. Just don't know how much cheese for each one. Sticks may be standard for you, but we get most of our cheese in 250 gram chunks. If you could give me something to compare it to or measurement in inches or whatever for the piece of cheese, it might help. I will have to see if I can find a measurement converter for those of us who are using different systems.
Warm wishes,
Jefa
