Could someone please tell me whether it is normal for your blood pressure to rise during exercise?

My blood pressure is usually low to normal but during my stress/echo that I had done a few weeks ago on the report it did say that my blood pressure did rise?

I am due to see my cardiologist in a weeks time.

Many thanks

Hi Celia,
According to this article Blood Pressure and Exercise it is normal for your blood pressure to rise while you are exercising. Now I guess it would depend on how much your pressure went up while you were having the test done.
Please let us know what the dr says at your appointment.
