Pumpkin-apple Muffins

2 1/2 cup of flour
1Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of pumpkin
2 cup peeled and finely chooped apples
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon soda
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup oil

Combine eggs, pumpkin and oil. Add dry ingrediants, mix well. Add apples fill cupcakes papers 1/2 full. Top each with crumble topping.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes

Crumble topping
2 Tablespoon flour
1/4 tsp. suger
1/2 tsp.cinnam
4 Table spoon butter
mix with fork until well blended and crumbly

* I havent made the crumble topping, I do put cream cheese frosting on it it or nothing. Its really good that way.*

This sounds SO GOOD! I may have to tweak it and add some nutmeg and/or allspice, maybe ginger?

I love the "holiday" foods this time of year.
