I am SO embarrassed to call myself a Seahawk fan right now! What a humiliating game lastnight!

I don't know WHAT was wrong with Hasselbeck or Coach Holmgren either for that matter. Holmgren should have played Seneca more. He put him in, Seneca made a great gain of yardage and he was taken out the very next play. What's up with that?

Hasselbeck just wasn't using his head. What in the world was he thinking when he threw his last pass up for grabs - to no one in particular? There's a recipe for interception and it was.

The 12th man wasn't playing very well either. Yea, Shawn Alexander hasn't been up to par lately - he's playing with a cast for pete's sake (all the more reason to play Seneca more - coach!)

But Shawn sure didn't deserve to be booed when he slipped! It happens. You should have seen the look on his face when his fans booed him. You could tell he was surprised and hurt by it.

Here's a hint people, booing him isn't going to help him to play any better! If you want to boo someone, Hasselbeck was probably more deserving of that.

Getting our tushies whipped by a team that was 0 and 4 on our HOME field.....I'd say that was a humbling experience - to say the least.

Okay, I'm done now

Barefut,

I didn't understand a single word of what you said! But it did entertain me!!! :P I wish I was so passionate about something. Hey, I know, why don't you apply for the coaches position. You made an awful lot of sense to me and I don't kow anything about it.
The only sport I know anything remotely about is Hockey. I used to be a big Red Wings fan until they went on strike that year, now I thing they're a bunch of babies!! Anyone who makes that much money should be ashamed to not get out there and do their job because of a contract issue. You're getting paid for playing a game for pete's sake!

Ok, I'm done now, too! :D
Happy people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything they have!

Warm and Happy to you! Vee

Barefut,
I can't agree with you more! However, being a Saints fan (having been raised in Louisiana), I'm kind of glad the Seahawks played so bad. New Orleans couldn't have beat them otherwise. Now you know how I've felt for the first 4 Saints game. UGH!

Big Hugs,
Janey

Barefut,
The Seahawks have struggled all year to find their rhythm. When they do find it they're unstoppable but until then it's hard to watch when receivers can't get open or our sad, sad defense. Seneca is valuable and needs to be saved in case anything happens to Hasselbeck, but Seneca has the potential to be a great receiver. I think the 12th man is disappointed in Sean. Ever since he signed that big contract with Seattle he hasn't played up to par. Yes, the game made me sad. Oh the agony of being a Seahawks fan.

Yea, Seneca has held a special place in my heart since last year when he took over for Hasselbeck and played his little heart out doing a pretty good job too.

He was also very sweet at the football camp my son went to this summer. He had a lot of fun with the kids as did the kids have fun with him. My son was excited to catch 2 L O N G passes from him.

He's my sweetie!

I don't do football anymore and I really used to like it. I think living in Atlanta with the Falcons has really turned me off! I do watch the Bears as my hubby is from Chicago! My family insists the coaches can hear their directions as they scream at the TV!!! As loud as they are I'm surprised they don't hear them! I'll think of you when I see Seattle - I used to really enjoy them when they were an expansion team! Oh, I also have the enjoyment of watching Univ. of GA Athens college football every week as I have two graduates from there & it's against all faiths here not to be glued to the TV when the "Bulldogs" have the field!!! Hop;e you all had a great day!
Soft hugs your way,

Michele

How I wish I were into sports like you all. I just cannot seem to get into it and I've tried so hard. I only know about the Rockies....wow....how about that! The City of Denver has even renamed 21st Street "Rockies Rd" after last night's win.

I like gymnastics and skating, go figure.

I love british football, or maybe some of you have used to call it soccer. Manchester United, Chelsea ! Summer 06 schedule was totally planned by the world championships! :-D Many of my friends are boys, but they don't like soccer at all. I think that's weird.

I wasn't going to jump in here but I can't resist.... Let's Go Patriots!!!!! WOOHOOOO!!! And those Red Sox will hopefully pull out a win tonight in Cleveland and then come home to finish the series out.

Epasen, yes I love soccer too! I grew up playing, started when I was five. We just went to a game Saturday night, our professional team, The New England Revolution. They lost but are in the playoffs this year. :) Since I have been feeling so lousy lately I have finally decided that I am going to do things that I want to do. I asked my hubby for season tickets for the '08 season for a holiday gift. He really doesn't like soccer (never played) but is slowly learning the game, rules etc... Hopefully theill be under the tree for me!

Hi Jen,
Ticket prices here in Boston are crazy!! There were people outside waiting in line for tickets on Monday night before the Red Sox won the ALCS. They were out there until yesterday when the tickets went on sale. My husband works right around the corner from there so her ran over at lunch time and said Fenway was crazy!

GGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RED SOX!!!

Sorry... Yesterday and today is Red Sox day in the kids school. They went to school today with face paint. On one cheek it said Go Sox! on the other 13-1

Hugs,
Lisa

Hi Lisa,

I popped in to the game lastnight and thought you might be posting this morning when I saw the score.

So, how is it you get a baseball AND a football team kicking patooties? Not fair... <_<

I bet your girls looked cute! Take pictures.

Seahawks vs Rams - Talk about a nail biter! I am exhausted.

I cannot believe Brown missed 2 easy field goals - what's up with that?

Seawhawks defense was amazing as usual but I think we were lucky with this win.

Gotta go will the Cardnials to lose.
