Hi Everyone,

I haven't had one in a year but wanted you all to know that a hot stone massage is worth every penny. It puts heat down to the bone and relaxes all the tissues. IT IS SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD! I hope you all can try it someday. For anyone with arthritic conditions it helps especially in cold months.

Hope you have a great day. Susie54

Hi Susie!

I can also recommend the hot stone massages.

Like you, I feel a lot better after one.

Glad you're getting some relief!

Go to any spa or massage place near you and ask if they do hot stone massage. You want someone experienced because they are not cheap. I only get one once a year. They cost 75.00 and up here in TExas. Susie54

Oh yessssssssssssssssssssssss this feels so good. I'll be on the table getting one this Friday.

I've been seeing the same massage therapist for 19 years and we usually save this type of massage for the winter months and I'm drooling by the time she's done.

I get a massage once a week at my chiropractor. The new massage therapist uses hot stones and she also has a heated pad for her table. It is delicious! I think some of the reasons I don't have a lot of pain is due to the chiropractic and massage. Try it, it feels sooo good!
