hi eveyone!

I just realised I haven't visited this website in a good while! iIve been so busy with college. I noticed theres new topic sections, its good!

Last time I was online I asked what the benefits of cod liver oil capsules would be, I took them for a month but haven't seen any benefits. I might start taking them again though.

Well, I better head to bed now, I've got a wine tasting exam tomorrow in college!! can't see myself passing it at all!!

Lovies, Louise xx

Louise,
Welcome back! Sounds like school is keeping you busy and happy. biggrin.gif What a great class - wine tasting - yummy. Unfortunately, I've had to stop drinking wine because it's an instant trigger for my heartburn. Have fun and have a taste or two for me.

I've never used cod liver oil, but here a little that we have on ISN about it.

Cod Liver oil

Have fun tomorrow and every day!

Are you a junior this year. Time is flying by for all of us. I hope your life is going well. Sounds like you have one interesting class. I would hate to pay high tution for a class in wine tasting. I sure hope you are learning about the elements in the soil or about grapes or some other great thing in this class. Come and chat with us more often. We miss you. Sheryl
Strength and Warmth,
