Oil and Garlic Spaghetti
Cook pasta or noodles enough for 2. Drain and immediately pour garlic sauce over noodles. Stir well. If needed you can put noodles in saucepan with sauce and stir untill well coated and rewarmed. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Sprinkle on cheese if desired. Parmesan or Romano or Cheddar. Any cheese will work.
Peel and chop or sliver 5 or 6 cloves of garlic.
In a sauce pan over medium heat, warm 1/4 cup olive oil.
Add garlic and reduce heat to low. Cook garlic very slow about (5 minutes) stirring until golden but not burnt and the aroma of garlic is in the air. Yumm! I fix this alot when I am alone. Quick and easy. You can make noodles a couple days in advance and have in refrigerator if desired.
Another variation is to put in a couple tablespoons of Mc Cormick-Salad Supreme in pan with other ingredients and stir thoroughly. This is a fun spaghetti to play and add to. If anyone tries it and finds something that tastes good let me know. I like change. Sheryl

I just made this the other night, it is a family favorite! I also add in sauted mushrooms and chicken tenders, cut small, breaded and cooked in a little oil in a fry pan. DELICIOUS!!!

Lisa,
I am so glad you enjoyed the spaghetti dish. I have tried it with mushrooms but not the chicken. I will give it a try. Though it is so good just the way it is. All my family love it also. Sheryl
