The intent of Sclero Kitchen is to share our own original healthy recipes. Please post as many of your own original recipes as you wish. Recipes taken from other websites or cookbooks should be limited to one recipe per source and include complete attribution such as in the samples below. One of my favorite recipes is in the cookbook, "Fry, and the World Fries with You" published by A. Publisher, Inc. 2006. Here it is. I have added a few variations of my own. or There is a great cookie bar recipe on the Nestle's Tollhouse Cookie site. Google Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies. It works really well with peanut butter chips, as well. The Sclero Kitchen recipe collection is not endorsed for the treatment of scleroderma symptoms, per se. Recipes may include ingredients that are known to worsen certain symptoms or disease severity such as chocolate, ginger, peppermint and all products containing caffeine. For more information, please read the site page on Diet and Scleroderma. Happy posting and bon appetit!
Warm wishes,
