We awakened, and we have arisen. We are here for yet another New Year. May it be a good year. May our lives be enriched and family and friends be near. Happy New Year to everyone. 2008 Sheryl

Hi, Everyone ,

Gareth and I would like to wish everyone a happy New Year, too. I know that he isn't in the 'best' of health, but he is here and for that I am so grateful.

Take care and relax today,
Margaret & Gareth

Happy New Year to all!

I want to share this little bit I heard about resolutions. Pick one *word* and concentrate on incorporating into your life more in the coming year.

For example, I have chosen the word acceptance. For me, this means I will try to accept my diseases and what they cause more, I will try to accept help more, I will try to accept that I can still be a valuable, contributing member of society even if I cannot work in the job I loved, I will accept that it is OK to not post here for periods of time (like lately) and that is all right! You get the idea.

I hope this works for others, too.

All the best for all of us and people world wide.

xoxo emmie

Happy New Year to Everyone!

Sheryl, I am so late... sorry! How are you doing? Since you've "relocated" for the winter, how is everything going?

emmie... Happy New Year to you... and what a great thing to do! Like you, I'm no longer in the workforce, due to inability, but I'm striving toward being the best person I can... doing what I can and dong unto others as I would want them to do unto me. I would really like for my daughter and good friend to get in touch so we can talk, but I don't have control over their behaviors... only my own.

peanut, I love your word too! Chocolate can solve everything! May I wish you the best in this New Year.

Hugs,
Susie
