The board seems to love me... I can't seems to "log out" :P

Anyway, I'm going to spend some time with my grandson, Jonathan... I just picked him up from school and Fridays are a special day to me

Debonair Susie,

I was planning on posting how good it was to see you around again....and then this post popped up! Enjoy the time with your grandson (I can relate to that!) and I hope you keep comin' around.

Thanks, emmie... it's good to see you too!
We've lived away from our grands... ages 26 down to Jonathan, age 7... for 7 years, due to hubby's job. We were able to come back in order to caregive my mother (been back since June). It's really great being around our kids, grands and greats again! Also have a grandson due the end of this month, so I'm excited about that! I have also volunteered to babysit, so I'm looking forward to that too :)

Have a good weekend!

Wow, Susie! What a range in ages of your grands. They have to be a joy in your life. I hope the care giving for your mom is going ok. That is such a responsibility. Hope you are remembering to take care of yourself.

Thanks Emmie,

It's going okay, but I'm still trying to get organized. Mom lost her executive skills several years ago, so I'm playing catch-up on the various things that she has let slide, over time. I'm so grateful my hubby does what HE does!
