Last night, I was talking to my daughter on the phone. She lives 3hrs away. I told her that I had found this website and that I really like it. I told her she should check this site out and she could maybe understand a little more. I told her that the chat room would soon be open and that I wanted to go on for the first time.
Long story short, I went into the chat room and my beautiful daughter was already there chatting with you guys about me! She was asking questions and you guys were giving her some really good advice! It meant so much to me that she would take the time out of her very busy schedule ( 1 yr old baby girl!) to try to understand more and to talk to people that DO understand. Thank you guys for your help!!! I was very excited!!!!!!!!! :)

It was incredibly sweet of her to inquire on your behalf. It was also nice to get to know you both... I apologize if I kept bugging you Melissa...

hope & health to you both,

Peanut,
You were not bugging me! I just have to get used to the fast pace of the chat room! My friends call me "Mel" so feel free to call me that.
I did not have to work today and my pain in my hands was doing really well until I got the bright idea to vaccuum. Well, that was that! It is very frustrating trying to be productive and all. This is very hard adjusting to this.......... ;)

Fancyface,

That is wonderful!!! I can tell you that it makes the world of difference when you have the support of your family, or at least that they don't blow you off. I have some of both. :)

fancyface:

I had forwarded this website link to my younger son as well. He said he viewed it, but boys are different and he didn't expand anymore than that on it. I believe he does scan it every now and then, if not for information, then maybe to see what I'm thinking day to day.

I feel the love your daughter has for you... how great is that?!

My daughter used to always say to me that she never understood WHY I felt I needed to KNOWabout my diseases... well now... she is her mother's daughter, in that she has researched about those very things!
However,, I never expect that she'll join this great forum.
