A little while back someone had mentioned Manuka Honey being good for many things.
Does anyone here take it and if so, how much do you take daily?

That's a good question! As it happens, Manuka honey -- a very special type of honey from New Zealand, not just any ol' honey -- can be used as a dressing ("ointment") for digital (finger) ulcers, not consumed. More info about it is on our main site at: Digital Ulcers:Topical Treatments.

Thank you....I also found on reading that it is supposed to be very good for esophagus problems among other things...it's very interesting, isn't it?

Can you please elaborate on benefits to esophagus and how do you use it?
I am looking for ways to improve my esophagus function.
Thanks for the great info.

Best to surf the web and query Manuka Honey from New Zealand (from the Manuka Bush that is native to NZ), it's apparently good for lots of health things and there is a ton of information there. I plan on taking 1 teaspoon a day...but I think you could take 3-4 teaspoons.
