2:20am. Another sleepless night thanks to restless legs, the itchies and clenching my jaw - all in spite of a massage this evening. So what's up with that?!

The dog is getting on my nerves too wanting in and out. I could scream! Tomorrow - I mean TODAY is NOT going to be fun trying to muddle through work without looking like a zombie. I'll probably fall asleep in my coffee. Yes, it's going to be a caffienated day WITH CHOCOLATE!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

One more cyber scream:

EEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Thanks for listening. You're my peeps.

Peace Out.
B

I totally know where your coming from. I always have trouble sleeping, between my husband snoring and my cat wanting me to pet him all night long, along with the night sweats and skin itching like mad, oh and of couse all of the body pain and Migraines, I get really!! ANXIOUS, let me tell you. I told my husband, I would like to get a new mattress for the guest room, at least then I would have somewhere to go, but he said, oh no !!! I'll sleep up there, we don't need a new mattress. Great, so much for my new mattress!! I hope yopu can get some relief soon. I'm so sorry you have to go to work when your so sleep deprived. Well, good luck tonight.

Take Care

Hey B,

How are you doing now? I am a "non" sleeper for so many reasons. I know all to well how horrible it is. Just wanted you to know I'm thinking about you. *hugs*

Hi, Sweet - good to see you back. This week's chat sessions are on insomnia. We had quite a discussion on Wednesday and it will be carried over this Sunday, hosted by Erin. Hope you can join the group (along with Barefut).
Warm wishes,
Jefa

Hi Barefut ,

I read in the paper today that hair conditioner caused itching in some one. They changed their showing routine by doing their hair first and then using soap to wash their body....getting off all the conditioner. Something about the chemicals in the hair conditioner cause the itching. Just an idea. Sorry you're not getting sleep.

Take care, Everyone.
