Hi Beedee,

Haven't had the injections myself, but my 6 year old boy has had six treatments over six months on a steroid I.v. (prednisolone). He has morphea on his face which was spreading quite quickly, but stopped once the steroid treatment started. (Could just be good timing??) He also takes methotrexate tablets once a week. No more new spots since the treatment started and so far the plaques seem to have softened. Also no side effects, so at this point in time we're glad we agreed to go ahead with the agressive treatment. Hope this helps!
