Here is a very easy casserole recipe that was given tome b y a co-worker about 10 years ago. It's great as a last minute "thro-together"

Calico Bean Casserole

4-5 strips bacon
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can baked beans 28 oz.
1 can red kidney beans 16oz
1 can lima or butter beans 16oz
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onions , drain. Add ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar, sitr to mix. Drain each can of beans JUST A LITTLE, add to ground beef mixture and stir to mix. Put into a casserole dish and place bacon strips on top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour uncovered.

ENJOY :)
Peace :)

Baby is right!!!! :P She's my almost two year old Australian Sheperd named Zoey. She has one ice blue eye and one brown eye. She's not deaf or blind though. She weighs about 50 pounds and thinks she's a lap dog, oh, excuse me....HUMAN!! My kids and I gave her to my husband for Father's day two years ago. Her color is called blue merle, my hubby says she looks like an Oreo McFlurry :P

Ihope you enjoy the casserole as much as we do!!!
Peace :)
