Ten Minutes of Moderate Exercise Per Day Eased Depression, Anxiety. A physical conditioning program that consisted of just 10 minutes a day of walking on a treadmill at a moderate pace for 3 weeks significantly improved measures of pain perception, aerobic capacity, depression, and anxiety in chronic pain patients.
