My teeth began dissolving and coming out. I had to have quite a few pulled before I finally gave up the battle and had them all pulled and got dentures. That was two years ago. When I was still trying to save my teeth, I also had some dissolving of the jaw bone and bad infection in the jaw bone. My dentist, oral surgeon and rheumatologist are confident the complications were caused by the sclero. I have the "bone" dry and I do mean "BONE" dry mouth and shrinkage. For these reasons, they wouldn't let me get the implants. It certainly seems that some of us here have had good results with them, but I would definately talk to my rheumatologist first. Good Luck on whatever you chose!
