Last Thursday was my parents 42nd. wedding annv. So last Friday, my hospice girls took turns staying with me so that
my parents could get out for a few hrs. When my parents got home, they walk out into our kitchen and on the counter sat a pretty cake along with a beautiful bouquet of flowers that were from Hospice! My parents were so surprised! I just wanted to tell you this. It was so touching!!

Oh, Sadie, that is so special! I can see why you love the hospice program so much. It is very touching that they are taking a personal interest in not only your feelings and well-being, but also that of your parents. I hope you give each of your hospice workers a special hug -- just from me!

That is great! I got chills when I read it. What did your parents do to celebrate? Please tell them congratulations from me!
Thank you for calling me back last night. I was outside walking the dog kids when you called. I will try to call you over the weekend, K? You are so sweet and it's so great to hear your voice. Hello to the Hospice folks too.

Oh Suze that is so sweet. You know I've been in Hospice situations a few times, with my mom, and then also with a couple of close friends. It never ceases to amazing how special these nurses are!! Thanks for sharing.

It sounds like you have truly been blessed with very caring people. If they take that kind of interest in your Mom and Dad then I know what kind of care and concern they are giving you. I am glad and it's comforting to know that you are under such great care. Please take care of yourself as you have a lot of people pulling for you and thinking of you.

Warm hugs,
