Thanks, too, for letting us know -

My thoughts are now with her family and close circle. I hope her strength grows with them...

Thank you Sheryl for letting us know. I am releived that she is at peace and pain free, but sad at the same time. Suzi was one of a kind, and her compassoin and courageous spirit will be missed. She reached out to me immediately and would console me when I felt down. Her strength and generuous spirit I will keep in my heart. I loved to hear about her cat Sadie, and how she kept her amused.

With a heavy heart, I say goodbye for now my friend. I know you will be there waiting for me and all of us here that love and care for you.

You know when you've met someone special when even though you have never met them "personally and in person" that when they pass on this life that you sit and cry and cry. That is what I'm doing right now. She was a great person and her posts were always filled with such kind and supportive words. She had such a great grasp on this disease and so accepting of what it was doing to her. I know we all have a very special guardian angel that will watch out for all of us afflicted with this disease but it still doesn't help the terrible hurt and sadness I feel right now. I guess I was hopeful that somehow she would magically pull out of this and fool them all........................But now she is at peace and free of pain and is a special angel to all above. She is casting her bright outlook and kindness with such ease and we all can learn a special gift from her.............to just be there and to care......................

I will miss you and I send you the warmest of hugs,

Peggy

As tears are streaming down my face, I am grateful for the time I knew her, for the strength she passed to all of us, for the wonderful role model she was, and for the peace she is now in.

There are a few members who were close to Sadie to whom she gave her personal information, but we are not permitted to share this on the forums.

Sam plans on calling Suzie's family and finding out more information. Maybe Suzie's friend is saving all of our messages and then will give them to Suzie's family. I sure hope so.
Strength and Warmth,
Sheryl

I am at a loss for words. Through the tears of sorrow, I am glad there is now peace for such a brave soul. Much love to you Sadie and warm thoughts to your family during this time of loss.

I am so sad to hear all of this. My heart goes out to her and her family.
although I didn't know Suzie well, the few times I spoke to her, her goodness and light heartedness really shone through.
She was very sweet, but at least she is no longer in pain and in a much more beautiful and peaceful place.

I only knew Sadie from reading her posts, but knew instantly that she was a very special person. I am so honored to have shared even a little time with her on these forums. I too had no idea she was so young ~ her mission is complete ~ and in such a short time, she has touched many and will never be forgotten.
Much Love,
Nina

Having just lost my mother to this, my heart goes out to you Sadie and everyone whom she touched. It sounds like you are in the same peaceful state that my mom was in when she passed and I am so grateful that she is now pain free. I wish the same for you.
Peace,
Glenwood

July is proving to be a very sad month. I am so sorry to see this news on Suzie. Having just lost my mother 2 weeks ago to this disease it just saddens me immensly to think another beautiful soul has been lost. 36 is much too young to have suffered so long. I know that I am still new to you all but please know what great respect I have for what you do here.
Be at peace Suzie and say hello to my mom Sophie.
