Hope the rheumatologist had good things to say about your tests and can be helpful with all of the other aches and pains. Give us an update when you can.

Were you pleased with your test results (PFT, ECHO)?
It is hard to make progress when you are in pain (!) I hope the Dr. can help you again. And as my doctor always says - Don't give up - Don't sit still - Keep moving. I hated it the first time he said it to me , but (as usual) he was right.

You sound like everything has hit you at once. Blaming yourself is not right - you did not cause your condition and your are only going to increase your stress level and that is not good for you. Your tests came out well - no change is good. You are holding steady. That is positive. If your work for scler and PH is not giving you time you need to take care of yourself then give it a rest for a while so you can take care of you. You could be wearing yourself out and that may be leaving you exhausted with a lower pain threshold and you may even be a bit depressed.
You are always there for us with a kind and supportive word. You work very hard dealing with your own problems. You deserve to take care of yourself as well as you take care of everyone else.
