Well as most of you know Thursday was my hearing so far I haven't heard anything yet. Friday my son and his wife and the baby girl Hailynn came up here
to visit. They left today, and I am so tired and just wiped out.

Howie hasn't been feeling good at all and I have been trying to stay away from him. It seems like he has been sick for two weeks, I could be wrong but it just seems like it.

The visit from the kids was wonderful. We had celebrated our holidays with them on saturday, I had invited my parents to come over and have dinner, I had fixed a chicken, ham and bacon fetticini, with rolls and a salad. We had some yummy sweet desserts.

I will tell you that it was the best present that I have received yet this year. To see my grandaughter Hailynn, she is 4 months old and she is a cutie, she doesn't cry hardly at all, knock on wood.

Well it is time for me to relax I had made some cookies tonight my daughter Annie will be over in the morning to makes some candies and frost my sugar cookies. Take care , Sam

Oh Sam,

I am so glad you were able to spend some time with your grandbaby, I know how important that is to you. I bet it's a good exhuastion, you just rest up now. *hugs*

And please let me know when you find out anything about your disability hearing.
Warm and gentle hugs,

Sam,
I'm sorry that your family gathering was so hard on you physically, but since it was the best present you'll get this year - I'm going to assume it was well worth it! Sounds like a wonderful time and the time spent with your grandbaby was invaluable. Sounds like you have an absolutely fun day planned again for tomorrow. I hope you have a restful night.
Sweet dreams,
Janey

Oh I know just how you feel with the grandchildren. Its such a pleasure to have them yet when they're gone its like "whew.didn't know if I could make it throught the day.Especially for Monday there will be most of the grandchildren and they range in age from 19 to exactly one that was born today! There are a 5 year old 3 year old and 2 that are both 21 months old.Lots of 'kiddie noise'.Then of course the grownups start remembering the things they did growing up and we all laugh until we almost cry.Its a great time though and I love it although it does wipe me out! Theres always the next day or that night and I can REST.Take care of yourself and enjoy.Mary-La.
